Gone proofing.A little baking break — back at the end of September.
Bread Artist is stepping away from weekly bake days for the next two weeks. The oven stays cold, the starter keeps bubbling, and we come back rested.
I'll post the official next bake date as soon as it's set, and orders will open at the same time. Everything else stays exactly where you left it — same kitchen, same small batches, same Thursday.
