Our Golden Focaccia Sticks start with our signature 24-hour fermented sourdough, generously coated with extra virgin olive oil. Before baking them to golden perfection, we top them with sea salt and fresh tomatoes. The result is a focaccia that’s crispy outside and soft inside, with pockets of olive oil throughout. Cut into convenient sticks, they’re perfect for dipping, pairing with soups and salads, or enjoying on their own. These sticks offer the added benefits of improved digestibility and nutrient availability thanks to the sourdough fermentation process.
