This sourdough was exceptional! The crust was golden and crispy, while the interior soft , slightly tangy and airy . You can taste the skilled craftsmanship in every bite. The staff was friendly and the loaf came beautifully packaged and hand delivered to my home in the timeframe promised. I highly recommend this to any sourdough bread lover that demands quality and a clean product w/o artificial additives or fillers. Will definitely be back for more
